Braised Lamb Shanks



4 Shanks
Roll in flour, salt and pepper and brown in olive oil.

1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 cup red wine
1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. leaf thyme
pinch of allspice

Bake covered at 350 degrees for approx. 2 hours or until tender.

Sauce can be thickened with flour before serving.
