Ed's Favorite Pork Chops
6 boneless thick pork chops
4 Tbs. Oil
2 eggs beaten
3/4 Cup cracker crumbs
1/4 Cup flour
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
2 cans Swanson chicken broth
Heat oil. Dip chops in egg; combine spices, flour and
cracker crumbs. Roll chops in cracker crumb mixture. Brown in oil on
both sides.
Put chops
in baking pan, pour chicken broth in pan and cover tightly. Bake at
300 degrees for 2 hours or until tender. Thicken pan juice with cornstarch
and spoon over chops.
