Ham & Scalloped Potatoes


4 to 5 medium potatoes
1 cup cubed ham (you can use more if you like)
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbs. Flour
1 tsp. Ranch dressing mix (buttermilk recipe)
Pepper to taste.

Peel and slice potatoes in thick slices. Boil until easily pierced with a knife.
Drain potatoes and slice through potatoes making several sized chunks.
Melt butter and add flour to make a paste.
Slowly pour in milk to make a white sauce.
Add cheese and Ranch dressing mix.
Stir to make a cheese sauce.
Mix sauce in casserole with potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until bubbly...

**I also add about a 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes to mine because we like to have it a little spicy.
