Pumpkin Cheesecake


Crust: 1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
2 Tbs. Sugar
Mix until crumbly and pat into bottom of ungreased 9 inch square pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Mix: 1 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Mix with electric mixture until smooth, pour over crust

Mix: 1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
Pour carefully over cream cheese and bake at 350 for 65 minutes
