Pre-Registration/Selling Information
Prices: $10 per table (6 ft. tables) --- $6 for a half-table --- After deadline: $15 per table
If you are sharing tables with others, or would like your table to be next to someone else’s, please send only one form with all the names on it. Deadline to pre-register is Thursday, May 12th (must be post-marked by that date for the pre-registration price). Table assignments will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those who pre-register may check in at the main door at 11:30, and then begin setting up. Those who register at the door may begin checking in at 12:30.
Any children or teens you bring with you must stay with you at all times, unless they are at your table selling while you are shopping. Any child caught outside the meeting room will be returned to the parent and will not be allowed to attend next year's sale.
To pre-register:
1. Send the completed form on the next page, plus your check or money order, to the address listed at the bottom. (If postmarked after May 12, send higher at-the-door rate of $15.00) Make checks payable to Del City Homeschool Group.
2. If you do not list an email address, please include one self-addressed, stamped envelope for the confirmation letter. Email addresses are confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than this book sale.
3. You will receive a brief email or phone call within 10 days to confirm your registration. If you do not receive one within 10 days of mailing, CALL JULIE IRWIN at 670-4486. You will receive another email or a confirmation letter by May 18 with your table assignment and any last minute information.
