Requirements

A tour and evaluation are required prior to becoming a guest at Just Like Home K-9 Boarding, tours are by appointment only. It is essential that all dogs meet the following requirements prior to boarding in my home environment. This ensures your pet will be safe and happy here at Just Like Home K-9 Boarding while you are away.

Just Like Home K-9 Boarding reserves the right to exclude any dog that it feels does not conform to its policies.

1. All pets require current vaccinations         DHLPP/Bordetella/Rabies

2. If pet shows signs of illness, aggression, excessive barking or unruly behavior, pet can be turned away from boarding.

3. All pets must get along with other large and small dogs.

4. All pet’s coats must be in good condition and flea free upon arrival, or a bath will be given at owners expense.

5. Unable to board un-neutered pets.

6. Pets that bark excessively while boarding will be turned away from future boarding.

7. All pets require a pre-board consultation before boarding. (Please call for reservation)

8. All pets must be potty trained.

9. Puppies under one year must be crate trained. They will be given their own room with clean bedding and fresh water during the night to help ensure pet’s safety.

10. Before booking long-term boarding, pet may require one night of boarding to ensure pet conforms with boarding requirements
