Vacher Mike, AKA Mister Biscuit is easily recognized by his Moustache and his cooking.  He has been "scrubbing" with his cowboy group while cooking up great chuck wagon meals interspersed with Cowboy music, folklore, and entertaining bits of western trivia.  If you have a hankering for a mix of Zydeco and the old west, Black Leather Zydeco's "Vacher" can cook up something great for you.  Oh yes,  he plays a mean scrub board too!
