EDGE PRODUCTS EVOLUTION TUNER

 

 The Edge Evolution Tuner is a handheld device that reprograms your factory computer for more performance and mileage. These programs increase power, improve shift quality and may result in an increase in fuel economy.  The entire operation takes 5 minutes.

The Evolution Tuner features a backlit screen and includes the ability to scan and clear "SES" (Service Engine Soon) codes as well as raise speed and rev limiters and display 0-60 and Quarter Mile times.

The edge offe three separate programs that can give you an additional 60 to 100 horsepower gain.*

We recommend the use of an Exhaust Gas Temperature gauge with the Edge Evolution Tuner...upgrades to the exhaust system may be necessary to maintain safe EGT levels.

*Rated HP/TQ increases are average - Results May Vary depending on factory computer code and other modifications.

**Make sure that when it is time to return to the dealership for service, remove the Edge program and reinstall the factory code.

Predator contains four tunes to choose from:

  • Stock Tune: with adjustable speed limiters. Speed limiter to approximately 120 MPH varies based on vehicle set-up weight, tire size, 2wd vs. 4wd, etc.
  • 40 RWHP and 100-ft/lb TQ - Tow Tune, made specifically for towing. We recommend weight limitations based on manufacturer suggested limits for the vehicle.
  • 60 RWHP and 155-ft/lb TQ - Economy Performance Tune, designed for Economy and Performance, fuel economy depends solely on driving style, and will vary from vehicle to vehicle. We recommend weight limitations of 8,000 Lbs.
  • 85 RWHP and 198-ft/lb TQ - Performance Tune, designed specifically for performance street driving. We recommend this tune not be used for towing.
  • 100 RWHP and 215-ft/lb TQ - XPerformance Tune, designed specifically for opening a can of whoop-ass (pardon the expression). We recommend this tune not be used for towing.

The Predator allows the end user to adjust the following parameters:

Edge Juice w/ Attitude

 The Edge Attitude offers shift on the fly control of your power settings. It replaces Gauges, displays boost, engine load, egt, and offers many more features.  The Attitude has an adjustable back lit LCD screen. It is easy to install with no pillar modifications.

With the addition of the Edge Attitude to the Edge Juice Module you gain 2 more adjustable power levels for a total of 5 levels of adjustable power, ranging from 40 to 115 horsepower, and increase torque up to 290 foot pounds.

** The 3 stage power switch on the Juice module is disabled when the Attitude monitor is installed. (The switch does not have to be set at a certain power level when the Attitude module is installed.) Power levels must be adjusted using the Attitude module.

Edge Juice

  

The Power Edge Juice is a completely weatherproof module that easily installs underneath the hood using factory-style connections and in just five minutes. The sophisticated tuning adjustments made by the Juice also results in fuel mileage gains of up to 10% over stock.

The Juice communicates directly with the engine’s ECM, from which it receives vital engine, transmission, and fuel system information. This enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power curves that are truly custom, rather than just an offset from stock.


The Juice has three power levels to choose from. There is a switch that is located in the cab of your vehicle that allows you to change these power levels. The power levels produce the following rear wheel power gains:


Level 1: 60 HP, 100 T
Level 2: 80 HP, 160 T
Level 3: 100 HP, 250 T

Gauges

We recommend an Exhaust Temperature Gauge for every Diesel, especially if towing heavy loads or if it has been modified. A Transmission temperature Gauge for every Automatic Trans equipped truck. Adding a Boost Gauge can be informative as well.
 

NOTE: We offer a "Boost Gauge Installation Kit". This kit provides a "T" fitting that gets installed into the rubber hose that feeds the MAP Sensor, as well as longer tubing and all necessary hardware to complete this type of installation.
