Westlawn residents who want to overcome their fears of public speaking or improve their presentation and speaking skills may be interested in joining the Toastmasters club I belong to.  It's called NOVA Toastmasters and it's really very convenient.  We meet the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7:15 p.m. at Falls Church High School (Jaguar Trail Road) in the career center room (just a few doors down the main hallway to the right).

The club is associated with Toastmasters International and provides materials and positive support to help everyone improve.  People can just show up or call 703-876-9693 (the month of August when the school is closed we meet at alternate sites).
