Westlawn is just one of many civic associations in Fairfax County that is part of the FCFCA. The Federation holds meetings every month and publishes a newsletter, called The Bulletin, that used to be printed and mailed to just a few people in each civic association. But now the newsletter is going electronic, and everyone can read it on the Internet.
The newsletter is posted on the Federation's website. To receive email notices of the posting of new Bulletins, just add your name and email address to the Federation's mail list.
