Please be advised that there have been several incidents of commercial trucks unloading garbage in front of people's homes.  Most recently this has happened on Marc Drive in Broyhill Park.  Please call the police emergency number if you witness this as it is illegal.

If approached, the truck operators normally say that what they are doing is okay and that they know the owner of the house.  These trucks are trying to avoid paying dumping fees by dumping their garbage in front of other people's homes on garbage day.  Whatever garbage is not picked up by the garbage trucks becomes the responsibility of the resident to dispose of.
