Spring Home Tune-Up

- Replace filters in air conditioners.
- Clean filters above range or in heaters.
- Check all outside faucets.
- Check smoke alarm batteries.
- Check fire extinguisher.
- Check roof for cracks or loose shingles.
- Clean gutters and downspouts.
- Clean out the fireplace.
- Have the chimney cleaned.
- Check exterior of home for cracks or water damage.
- Have garden tools sharpened.
- Clean and repair patio furniture.
- Check weather stripping on doors and windows.
- Refill or replace perishable items in your emergency kits, including first aid supplies.
