These Pinecar Derby cars were designed and built by my daughters and me, between 1999 and 2004. I was unable to find any cool designs on the web, so I decided that I'd put mine up.
The first year we did the Pinecar Derby (1998, unshown), I tried to make a fast car, and failed miserably. From then on I fell back on my strengths: design and workmanship. Each of these are completely original designs. The only hassle is that now the rest of the guys expect me to outdo myself every year, and it's getting to be quite a burden...
