19 Year-old Raymond Walter Wiggs III was last seen on October 24, 2003, hiking and camping in the Little Gypsum Valley, in the west end of San Miguel County, outside of Big Gypsum Valley, CO. Raymond has a pierced left ear, bites fingernails, tattoo of a "Keltic Cross" on right bicep. He was wearing a white tank top, navy blue T-shirt, blue light weight jogging pants, brown leather shoes, white "Adidas" hat.
