About Me |
|
I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I graduated high school in the tiny southeastern Oklahoma town of Talihina. I enlisted into the United States Army after high school, and I served the majority of my four year enlistment overseas in Germany. I went to work as a police officer while I progressed toward my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Oklahoma. I went on to obtain my Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma University. I left law enforcement and went into private practice in Norman, Oklahoma, where my practice areas included criminal law, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, estate planning and business law. Thereafter, I went to work for the Canadian County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney in El Reno, Oklahoma, where I prosecuted drug crimes, DUI and drugged driving crimes and property crimes. I received extensive training in police tactics and procedures during my time as a police officer. I was a certified firearms instructor and intoxilyzer operator as well as an assistant tactical team leader. I also received extensive training and trial experience as a prosecutor. My office is located in El Reno, a few blocks from the Courthouse, and I live in El Reno, not far from my office. I travel all over the state to represent my clients. |
