Water-Cooling Project

Radiator: Black Ice Extreme 1/2" fittings
CPU Block: Innovatek rev.3 3/8" fittings
Northbridge Block: Innovatek 3/8" fittings
GPU Block (GeForce3): Innovatek 3/8" fittings
Reservoir: Innovatek Tank-O-Matic 3/8" fittngs
Delta 120 x 38mm 3200rpm 130cfm @48db
3/8" OD Tygon R-3603 tubing
Purple Ice & distilled water
Main PC Parts:
XP1600+ 1.4ghz @ 1.84ghz (194 x 9.5) 1.85 Vcore
1x 512mb PC-3500C2 (434mhz) CORSAIR XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series

RESULT: ambient temps at idle & 2°C above ambient on full load

This is what I started with: Chieftec aluminum case w/ 420watt psu. Scroll down to see the finished product.
first step was to cut an opening for good air flow to the radiator
here is a look from behind with the reservoir installed
drilled holes for the water lines
120mm fan & shroud attached to the radiator
I did some Dremel work on the front bezel to allow for better air flow
here's a look at the fan rheostat w/ heatsink, manual override pump switch, & wiring for the pump & relay
finished rear of case
first test with water....it ran for 48hrs - no leaks!
UPDATE: added a light to the front bezel to indicate the pump's power. no light - no pump
