Form Your Cancer Fighting Team Today!
1. Complete all information and then mail in the information request form today to receive your Team Captain Packet or information on Survivor Activities.

2. Start putting together your team of 8 to 15 members. Team members can be walkers, runners, or both.

3. When your Team Captain packet arrives, send in your team's registration form and entry fee ($10 per team member) - this will ensure that everyone receives a Relay For Life t-shirt in the size they requested. Then, each team member begins to collect donations from friends, co-workers, and others. The goal is for each team member to raise at least $100 before the event.

4. On the day of the Relay, come to the event site, pitch your tent, decorate your campiste, and get ready for fun! Team members will walk or run relay-style for the entire event.

5. Relay For Life is not competitive, so everyone is welcome!

6. Since you collect all money ahead of time, all you need to do after the event is tell people what a great time you had - and start getting ready for next year!
