Volunteers needed: Hours: 11 AM - 4 PM
These are the positions that need to be filled in order for the Event to
be a success.

Parking: Minimum of 3 people at all times to direct parking.
Flagger on road, flagger in lot, one person scouting spaces.
Safety: There should be 2 people at all times on radios with whistles. (knives?)
Kite Helpers: People to assist general public in assembling
and flying (and not running . . .)
Enforce a hard 200 foot ceiling. The Safety People could do
this.
Demos: People to fly demos. E-mail Stephanie Hiebert to get signed up to demo.
Rokkaku battle: People to fly. People to announce. People to retrieve kites.
Set-up: People for fields, EZ-Ups, sound, etc.
Break-down: People for fields, EZ-Ups, sound, etc.
People to police for trash.
Extra trash bags for policing field.
Sport Kite Lessons: There will be a field set aside for lessons if people will man it.
Kite Hospital: If someone wants to step forward and offer to run it, we'll provide the space.
Trash detail: We need to find boxes to hold bags for trash.
First Aid: No state requirement. Do we have any EMT's in the community?
Crew for Big Kites: People to help launch, bring down, the giant kites.
FIELDS: I have one, the main demo field. We will need stakes & string for the big kite field and for the lesson field. General fly field doesn't really need any. If anybody out there has enough stakes to do a field, let us know.
