Our office is in Scottsdale, Arizona near Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Hospital.  We are located in the Integrated Medical Plaza of Scottsdale, at the corner of Via Linda and 95th Street.  From Via Linda, turn South on 95th Street, then left on San Salvador and left into the Integrated Medical Plaza parking lot.  Free parking is next to the building.  Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and follow the signs to Suite 305.  Click on the map to the right for directions or to zoom in or out.
