Realistic PROVEN Self Defense
for Men and Women |
|
Within the International Kokondo Association (IKA),
there are two distinct arts: Kokondo Karate and Jukido Jujitsu, both of which are
traditional Japanese styles that emphasize practical, effective self
defense. |
| Kokondo Karate |
| Kokondo Karate is a traditional karate-jitsu martial art
focusing on Practical Proven effective methods of Self Defense. Founded
by Mr. Paul Arel, it uses principles indigenous to the far east. As in the
case of most popular styles, it is a compilation of several systems.
Techniques are from the most effective karate methods of Japan, Okinawa and
China. It is doubtful that any karate style existing today is as pure as the
original. Kokondo, however, has borrowed only those techniques known to be
authentic and effective! The student learns traditional karate
and self defense techniques. Kokondo’s foremost emphasis is maintaining
the integrity of the traditional ryu's (schools) while emphasizing realistic
self-defense, personalized attention and Fun ! |

Jukido Jujitsu |
|

|
Jukido Jujitsu; is a Japanese style of
Jujitsu. It is traditional in the sense that Jukido's techniques are drawn
from many of the oldest Bugei ryu, as well numerous modern Budo
styles. Unlike many modern arts, Jukido,
founded Mr. Paul Arel, is not a haphazard conglomeration of a little bit
of this and a little bit of that. The techniques are carefully and
methodically interwoven so that the techniques and philosophies of one art
do not conflict with those of another. One must remember that all Judo and
Aikido styles are drawn on the techniques of many classical jujitsu
styles. Jukido is based extensively on Sanzyuryu Jujitsu although many of
the techniques and practice methods have been modified with safety as a
primary factor. The student learns, the practice of falls and
rollouts and formal throwing techniques with a partner. Utilizing leverage,
balance, and motion to maximize effective self-defense applications, with
personalized attention and Fun! |
The
Realistic approach to self-defense. Traditional martial arts instruction
in Kokondo Karate and Jukido Jujitsu for men, women, youth and children.
Jukido Jujitsu and Kokondo Karate are Traditional Martial Arts Systems.
Shihan Paul Arel, Founder of this system, always places the Emphasis on
Self Defense. ********** Seminars **** Shows ****

All dojos are members of IKA
(International Kokondo Association). Styles of martial arts
affiliated with IKA- Jukido Jujitsu and Karate. Both are traditional
forms of martial arts with NO major emphasis on sport. Each art
compliments the other. Any art professing to be Jukido jujitsu, to be
authentic traditional Jukido Jujitsu, would belong to and be recognized by
this International body (IKA)
