Utilize problem‑based learning, concept mapping, and learning theory to design and develop self‑paced tutorials, stand-up training, team-building sessions and interactive modules.
Utilizing Robohelp, a
standard web development tool and instructional
design theory for deconstructing complex problems, redesigned an
e-learning simulation unit on Financial Models for new business consultants at
Arthur Andersen Performance & Learning.
Provided stand up training for staff and faculty
members on the essentials of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Claris
FileMaker Pro using job aids and PowerPoint presentations.

Developed a hands-on training session to demonstrate
the basics of consumer video cameras, benefits of semi-professional
microphones, and interview strategies and techniques.
Assisted in the research,
design and assembly of an interactive sales training unit for a remote
corporate site. The stand-up training resulted in a 15% increase in overall

Robotics & Welding (CRW) Line Training to prototype a performance support
system for manufacturing plant employees. Responsible for research and
development of interface design, information architecture and database
redesign.
Using FileMaker Pro software, created a relational
multimedia LAN database of 350 song titles, photos, and artists. Developed an
Excel template for client to import data.
Prototyped a database for the Indiana Folk Arts Survey
Project in a joint venture between the Indiana State Arts Program and the
Indiana University Folklore Institute. To increase participant accessibility

web.
Brainstorm strategic approaches to processes and projects, identify existing products or additional resources, develop new materials or methods, evaluate and refine existing knowledge base.
Provide project management and process consultation to
forensic architectural company.
Facilitated the adoption of financial, image database, and voice
recognition technology.

software programs. Using the findings, assisted in the prototype of an online
graduate course on multimedia use in the classroom.
Provided, collected and
analyzed user feedback on information architecture for a web course on African
American music history, a companion CD for an undergraduate African art and
