Administrative Technology Coordinator

- Manage IT resources for nationally recognized law school. This includes inventory control, repair, and upgrade of 200 Dell desktop and laptop computers as well as three servers in a Windows environment.
- Provide software support for Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Office XP and 2003 products, (including Microsoft Outlook), Corel Office products, Adobe products including Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional (and all Adobe products as necessary).
- Pocket PC 2003 support on Dell Axim PDA’s.
- Maintain contact with vendors, ensuring hardware warranty information and repair parts procurement are kept current.
- Maintain software inventory, ensuring all company-owned systems are fully license compliant.

- Assist the Technology Services manager in annual budget preparation, reports, and proposals as required.
- Install and maintain Category Five and Six network cable as required.
