So, as you are about to have no excuse for not knowing, Erica the Entrepreneur is starting a coffee shop in front of the Woodbury architecture school at 8th and C in downtown San Diego.  As you might guess, architecture students create a fantastic demand for stimulants at all hours of the day.  And there is no other coffee shop for blocks around the area.  Voila. 

As Opening Day draws closer, one detail remains undecided... the actual name under which this enterprise will be rocking the Greater Eighth and C metropolitan area.
