The Northwood Pointe Maintenance Association and the LanesEnd Board of Directors have approved a retractable screen door for use on the front doors throughout our community.  The door may be found at Home Depot, "Mirage",  and "Reel Screen".  The screen door is virtually invisible and can not be seen from the street.  When not in use, the screen retracts in its framing leaving your front door visible. 

To request local dealer information for "Mirage" call (800) 655-4354.  "Reel Screen" of Orange County may be reached at (888) 909-3111.  There are also other types of retractable screen doors available.  If you want a screen door and choose to use a retractable screen door with framing that matches your door frame color, it is not necessary to submit a formal application for approval.  If you would like to use any other type of non-retractable screen door, you must submit a formal application and sample pictures of the screen door for the LanesEnd and Northwood Pointe Boards to review.   There will not be a review fee for this process.
