About Larry Hayden, President, Our founder and Broker, Larry Hayden, has been a Timeshare Industry Leader and licensed in real estate since 1969. Proud to be and industry leader, he revolutionized timeshare resales with the No Upfront Fee program. After many years in the timeshare business, he realized that the same questions and misunderstandings continually kept coming up about timeshare, so the next logical step was to put all the answers and insights in writing. Thus was born the Timeshare Answers Guide. It is Larry's desire that it will be helpful to readers who have questions and who are wanting to be well-versed in a broad range of timeshare topics. Larry graduated with high scholastic honors and a degree in business with a Real Estate major, from the University of Arizona in 1969. He has been licensed in Real Estate ever since, and he enjoyrs specializing in timeshare. He sold timeshare at many of the largest and most successful California resorts, and completed R.C.I's Professional Advantage™ advanced course for timeshare trainers, at R.C.I. headquarters in Indianapolis. Larry grasped early-on that timeshare is the perfect product to market to a worldwide audience, and also that the then-unknown Internet was the perfect vehicle to do just that. He now has multiple websites and he has gone on to include many more unique innovations that continue to propel the company to new heights as a leader in high-tech timeshare marketing. As a result of a lot of plain hard work coupled with sound intuition, a business that started out in Larry's home, has really blossomed.
Additionally, in Larry launched the worldwide timeshare M.L.S. which
has also grown rapidly. It is on the Internet at MLSTimeshare.com Larry is an enthusiastic owner of timeshare and is pleased to have been instrumental in welcoming many new owners to the wonderful world of timeshare vacations; he is happy also to have lead the movement of other licensed Real Estate Brokers who list timeshare with no mandatory up-front fees to sellers.
