The Villas. The two-bedroom Villas at Four Seasons Aviara are almost 1,700 square feet of living space with vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning, and direct outdoor access. The 1 & 2 bedroom residences feature a master bedroom with sumptuous bath, dining room, designer kitchen, powder room with shower,and a spacious living room with fireplace and well equipped home entertainment system. The two bedroom residence has three baths, and the residence can be divided into two separate living units, so the owner can opt to stay in one side and exchange the other, or use each side on different occasions, or stay in one side and rent the other. The resort rents the two bedroom units for over $500 per night. Each unit can exchange separately, so the owner can obtain two weeks of vacation worldwide through Interval International Dining at Four Seasons Aviara offers both the casual and the elegant  Vivace, a contemporary Italian restaurant, serves dishes from Northern Italy in a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Batiquitos Lagoon. Names of Seasons: Platinum Season owners can reserve weeks 26 thru 36, which equates to about mid June through about early September. Gold Season owners can reserve weeks 1 thru 25, and weeks 41 thru 52, which equates to January 1 through early June and from mid October through December.
