Bath Remodel 2005
A friend gave me some nice tile left over from his Mom's remodel job. With a bit of adhesive, paint and labor we did a nice bath remodel.
An old
mirror finds a new life above a pedestal sink and Williamsburg fixtures. The old
cabinet sink had been badly damaged in a flood and the new sink opens the room
with much more space. A little paint on the chrome light bar repeats the brushed
brass theme.

The
same brushed brass paint was used on the curtain rod and looks great with
Mom's old shower curtain and a fresh navy blue swag cord to match the towels,
seat cover and rug. I used old czech crystal beads to adorn the bottom of
the curtain to catch the light. The colors used pick up the blue, gold and
purple colors in a the
Philip Dunn
print of the Royal Pavilion in
Brighton UK hanging on the wall. This print came from a 1988 trip to Brighton
and evokes good memories.
