The Great Dane Club of San Diego is a specialty club affiliated with the Great Dane Club of America. One of the objectives is to educate the public on the health, welfare, and responsible ownership of our beloved Great Dane. Another objective of the club is to encourage and promote quality in the breeding of Great Danes. The Great Dane Club of San Diego helps support a Great Dane Rescue program to find new homes for displaced Great Danes. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month.

Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month, which
are open to all who wish to attend. We are always looking for new members that want to learn and
lend a helping hand when needed. Meetings are subject to change periodically
, so please check our page for
the any changes.
We host one Specialty every year. Periodically through the year we also hold other events. We often have an educational seminar using our own Danes to become better acquainted with the breed and its standards.
