Hello my name is Mr. Leonardo "Lee" Sison.  I grew up in South San Diego, the youngest of three children.  My father is retired from the U.S. Navy, while my mother currently owns and operates a beauty salon in the South Bay.I also have an eight year old niece, Tiffany, who I adore.

I earned my bachelor's degree, teaching credential, and master's degree at San Diego State University  The 2006-2007 school year will be my fifth year as a fifth grade teacher at Casillas.  I have had prior experiences with 2nd through 8th grades, high school, and college level students. I have also coached various sports with different institutions through out Southern California.

I have a wide range of hobbies and activities I enjoy doing outside of school.  In particular I love sampling various types and varieties of foods from different cultures.  Some of my favorite books are Freak the Mighty, Esperanza Rising, The Giver, and most history books.  My primary hobbies include the following:  coaching, body boarding, landscaping, going to the gym, cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
