Ki-Adi-Mundi is a member of the High Jedi Council. In episode II, you will see him actually get out of that room and see him fight with his lightsaber. Since none of the Jedi Council members in episode I never got out of their seats, I thought that they were mentally disabled. I thought that Ki-Adi like lost his leg or something. Anyways, he has a blue lightsaber and I don't think that he has an apprentice. In episode II, you see him really moving around blocking laser blasts blasted from the battle droids. You will also see him in one of the Republic Gunships retreating along with all of the other remaining Jedi which was only about twenty.
