The Stormtrooper (standard shock trooper) is seen on all of the three last movies, but it is never seen during the first three movies (episodes 1,2, and three) because they already had the troops that they which are Clone Troopers and Battle Droids needed and because Darth Vader wasn't him yet (Anakin Skywalker) and Darth Vader was the one who made the Stormtroopers.
