Valley office complexes are included in a $273 million deal
that has AmeriVest Properties Inc. selling its multistate portfolio to
Koll/PER LLC. Valley sites included in the sale are:

The
transaction is expected to close on a property-by-property
basis beginning in mid-August as loan approvals are received
from AmeriVest's mortgage lenders.
Denver-based
AmeriVest Properties Inc. (AMEX:AMV) acquires and repositions
office buildings to serve the needs of small-to-midsize
tenants. In May, the company's shareholders approved a plan of
complete liquidation.
