About Us

Matt and I met in June of 1991 through some friends.  Matt was living in Denver at the time.  Soon he moved back to Arizona, to be with his family and friends.  After a long courtship, we were finally married on September 24, 1994.
              

We had purchased our first house earlier that year in Scottsdale.  We lived there until we decided to build a house.   While the house was being built, we rented a house in Phoenix from Matt's boss.   Little did we know that  this would be where our first child would be conceived.   On February 6, 1996, our lives changed forever when I found I was pregnant, after 2 years of trying.  We moved into our brand new house in March of that year.   Then on September 29, 1996, our beautiful little girl Meghan was born.   She was the most wonderful thing we had ever seen.  We learned so much during those first few months.  It was filled with trials and errors but was very rewarding.   There just isn't anything like than having a baby.  Then when Meghan was about 7 months old we found out the we were pregnant again.   It was a little sooner than we had planned but we were very excited.    On February 8, 1998 our beautiful little Emily was born.    Meghan seemed a little jealous at first, but seems to be adjusting well.   Then in March of the next year, Matt got a new job.  Our family had to move to San Jose, CA temporarily while he was in training.  We were there for 2 months, and got to do all kinds of things.  The girls loved the beach especially.   Then we moved back home to Scottsdale.

We decided to buy a new house in August of 2000.  We found a great house a little farther north in Scottsdale.  We moved in on August 8th, and have been spending our free time decorating and fixing things up how we want.  The girls love the new house and they love their new rooms.

Dad has a great job, and Mom keeps busy with the kids, and does web site design as a side job. Need a site? Email me here.

As for right now, the kids are out of school for the summer. Everyone is doing great and keeping busy. I will try to update the site with more recent pictures more often.
