I opine </div> <div> "that if you see a deal, </div> <div> and it's too good to be real, </div> <div> chances are it bites you every time!. </div> <div> <></div> <div> For example take this one: </div> <div> ("when received a cash refund.. )</div> <div> when you bought a brand-new car; </div> <div> and all they really did was add it like a lid, </div> <div> just like they would to a jar! </div> <div> <></div> <div> But you still paid the price.. </div> <div> the dealers had enticed, </div> <div> and did it only with a pen, </div> <div> and you thought you got a deal </div> <div> in the wonder of a steal, </div> <div> well, this is how they do you in! </div> <div> <></div> <div> Now take this "CLUNKER" case, </div> <div> with a governmental base, </div> <div> to GIVE you lots of money for your "Heap", </div> <div> to trade your "CLUNKER" in, </div> <div> but once again the pen: </div> <div> added that amount atop the sheet. </div> <div> <></div> <div> You can give that "CLUNKER" to </div> <div> some salvage yard in view, </div> <div> they too, will give you cash, </div> <div> but it will be for real </div> <div> money you can feel, </div> <div> and not just a number that was hashed. </div> <div> <></div> <div> Then here is what you do, </div> <div> is simply WALK into; </div> <div> a dealership of choice; </div> <div> make an offer for a car, </div> <div> subtract discounts that are; </div> <div> with a good look at the invoice! </div> <div> <></div> <div> And you'll DRIVE of with a smile, </div> <div> saving money all the while, </div> <div> also gone is "junk" from your yard; </div> <div> This method worked for me, </div> <div> no "BAMBOOZLEMENT" you see, </div> <div> applying common sense was my reward. </div> <div> <></div> <div> In otherwords....you pay </div> <div> much less than what they say, </div> <div> when you buy 'em new without a trade, </div> <div> so don't get suckered in </div> <div> when the time comes to spend; </div> <div> make it the best deal you ever made. </div> <div> <></div> <div> Or, they will use a pen or pencil, </div> <div> a very "slick" utensil, </div> <div> to "Dupe" the smartest kind; </div> <div> they will add-on, or erase ,</div> <div> be it trade or cash,...the case... </div> <div> so just be aware before you sign! </div> <div> <></div> <div> William E. he did not know: </B></div> <div> <B>That a call would come, to the war return, </B></div> <div> <B>back to the battle line... </B></div> <div> <B>in old Baghdad where the world is mad, </B></div> <div> <B>and he doesn't have much time. </B></div> <div> <B>****************** </B></div> <div> <B>So he dialed the phone to the nursing home </B></div> <div> <B>to bade Mom sad farewell; </B></div> <div> <B>but with her age the hearing fades</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" > </FONT></div> <div> <B>and the news was hard to tell. </B></div> <div> <B>****************** </B></div> <div> <B>Tim managed to- get these words through; </B></div> <div> <B>"that he would soon be back." </B></div> <div> <B>Then off he went in duty bent.. </B></div> <div> <B>to battle in Iraq. </B></div> <div> <B>****************** </B></div> <div> <B>So, she sits and waits, anticipates, </B></div> <div> <B>to see her son again; </B></div> <div> <B>but the days go by and the weeks they fly </B></div> <div> <B>and the months add to a year. </B></div> <div> <B>and everyday in the same old way, </B></div> <div> <B>she sits like a stature there. </B></div> <div> <B>*********************</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" > </FONT></div> <div> <B>She does not know what the facts now show, </B></div> <div> <B>and does not comprehend, </B></div> <div> <B>for the news had come that Tim, her son, </B></div> <div> <B>had met a timely end. </B></div> <div> <B>For a choice he made when a hand grenade </B></div> <div> <B>had found it's way on time. </B></div> <div> <B>Tim quickly fell on the blasting shell, </B></div> <div> <B>and saved the lives of nine. </B></div> <div> <B>**********************</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" > </FONT></div> <div> <B>Now the world will know of a new hero, </B></div> <div> <B>but Mom still sits at home, </B></div> <div> <B>with a wishful eye at the passers by, </B></div> <div> <B>but she is not alone... </B></div> <div> <B>For God is there with His loving care, </B></div> <div> <B>as He has been all along!
