Timeline for Louisiana Living Arts Festival 2007

(all activities are still in the planning stage & subject to changes)

Festival Opening and demos

 12:00  - Lunch

 1pm until 6pm   Mark Reid's Class

 Jams in the afternoon for those not taking the class and we'll be jamming through out the evening.  

6pm Special Welcome Dinner - wear your most colorful, comfortable partying outfit! 

 Body painting class this night.  

Bring your cameras - we'll have a professional photographer available but you may want to photograph your work also.

Hands on painting on models and photographing work. Possibly painting at a local Cajun Nightclub. 

Take charter party bus or van  tour to plantation country and the New Orleans French Quarter where we will catch the St. Patrick's Day Parade and tour the Quarter, before returning you to the hotel in Lafayette.   (cost  will be approximately 15.00 -20.00 depending on how many sign up)

Thanks to Bethany Dardant's kind offer we'll be able to paint while at the St. Patrick's Parade while we're in the Quarter, as her house is on the parade route. (Bring LOTS of gold, GREEN & purple paint or buy some at great prices from some of the vendors that will be there!!!)

After New Orleans, another great Cajun Meal and jamming .    Those who want to go Cajun Dancing & listen to great Cajun music this is your night!
