While in the course of human events within the Domain of this Classroom :

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL STUDENTS ARE CREATED EQUAL that they are endowed by their CREATOR with certain unalienable Rights, that among them are RESPECT OF PERSON AND PROPERTY, GOOD ORDER AND THE PURSUIT OF AN EXCELLENT EDUCATION. To this end, IT IS HEREBY DECREED:

I. ALL students shall ARRIVE TO CLASS ON TIME AND BE SEATED AT THE TOLLING OF THE CLASS BELL or suffer to receive a tardy.

II. ALL students shall BE PREPARED for class with tools and talk.

III. ALL students shall use ONLY BLUE OR BLACK Quills (pens) on all hand written assignments. No felt tip pens, markers or gel pens allowed (except for special projects). 

IV. ALL students shall refrain from using parchment which does not have a "clean edge" (in other words - NO TORN OUT SPIRAL NOTEBOOK PAPER) when handing in assignments.

V. ALL parchment will be standard 8 1/2 X 11 RULED WHITE PAPER FOR HANDWRITTEN WORK and standard 8 1/2 X 11 UNRULED WHITE PAPER FOR ALL TYPED WORK.

VI. ALL students shall remain SILENT during the reading of all announcements by the herald during class time. AT ALL OTHER TIMES, students are encourage to SPEAK FREELY WHEN ACKNOWLEDGED by the sovereign.

VII. ALL students shall TIMELY MAKE UP WORK missed by order of an excused absence. See your syllabus for time limits.

VIII. ALL students shall keep the classroom ISLES CLEAR for teacher's pacing feet.

X. ALL students shall FREELY APPROACH TEACHER WITH ANYQUESTIONS, CONCERNS, NEEDS OR WISHES REGARDING CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES ASSIGNMENTS OR PROCEDURES.

X. ALL students shall SMILE at least once during each class and shall be caused to enjoy a FUN, PRODUCTIVE AND EXCELLENT SEMESTER. in Government Class.
