NaNO3  2 g  K2HPO4  1 g  MgSO4 * 7 H2O  0.5 g  KCl  0.5 g  ZnSO4, 1% aqueous solution  1 ml  CuSO4, 0.05% aqueous solution  1 ml  Yeast extract (Difco)  0.5 g  Cellulose powder (Whatman Column Chromedia CF11)  20 g  Agar  10-12 g
