Yeast extract (“Hefe extract”)  2 g Soy peptone  3 g Sugar 10 g Polybion* 10 drops Agar 7 g

Total volume = 1 liter of media.

* Polybion is a vitamin B complex available in German pharmacies. Any vitamin B mixture would probably suffice; aim for final concentration of 1-10 mg of each vitamin (B1, B3, and B6), and go from there.
