Oh wow. It's been four days since I put something up on here. But, really who's keeping track?
I was very busy this weekend: I had to finish up my research paper on the history video game companies and their home console systems; Ingrid spent the entire
weekend here; I've been playing Metroid Prime and MK:DA non-stop; and plus I've had work.
*yawn* I am very tired at the moment and I think I will retire to the bedroom and probably fall asleep while watching Ocean's 11.

Hmm.. Not much really going on today.. ;) I did though go Xmas shopping. Plus I picked up Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance for Xbox today. I played it for
nearly two hours, and I love it. I've fallen in love with Mortal Kombat again! (I used to be a BIG freak about MKII, MK3 and UMK3.) I just hope Baraka is a secret
character in this new game... :)
I'm still playing Metroid Prime. And I'm still loving it. :)
Oh, I almost forgotto mention this. I made a new mix CD for myself, and here's the tracklisting if you care:
1) Deftones - One Weak
2) Mudvayne - Prod
3) kidneythieves - before i'm dead
4) Dream Theater - Home
5) Meshuggah - Rational Gaze
6) Stabbing Westward - Shame
7) Taproot - Everything
8) Deftones - Birthmark
9) Filter & The Crystal Method - (Can't You) Trip Like I Do
10) Tool - Parabol+Parabola
11) Mudvayne - Nothing To Gein
12) Meshuggah - Closed Eye Visuals
13) Deftones - Dai The Flu
14) Taproot - Myself
I know it looks like a pretty weird mix, but it all mixes together. :)
Well, I guess that's it.. I'm off to get busy now.

Tuesday was such a good day for many reasons!
#1) The Audioslave album came out, along with the new Mudvayne (and I did get the limite edition version with the DVD).
And I like both albums very much. Listening to Audioslave is really weird because three of those four guys used to be in Rage Against The Machine. Hearing Chris
Cornell (ex-Soundgarden) with them in strange, but in a good way. I like it. When the first song on the album, 'Cochise,' staopped playing, Frank and I both thought the same thing:
"If Led Zeppelin were still around today, this is what they'd sound like." Later parts on the album sound "bluesey," which is a nice change. Also Tom Morello
doesn't do as many guitar solos as he did with RATM. Plus the CD has CDtext! I was so happy when I put it into car's CD player and it popped with the song
titles. Woo! I wish companies would make this a staple for every CD they produced. Hm.. And about Mudvayne--They have definitely evolved as a band.
I was hoping for a little bit longer songs like their first album I guess. But, I like it.
#2) Also during the day I bought some Xmas presents.
#3) I got to hang out with Frank, 'coz I haven't seen him in almost two months I think.
#4) Metroid Prime was waiting for me once
I got home. :)
#5) Ingrid bought me The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for N64 for me.
#6) Oh, and Wes got his bass!
He'll be playing Malice Through The Looking Glass anytime now!
Sigh. Now I sip on a Mountain Dew and ponder if I should write me research paper or play Metroid Prime.....
Monday, November 18th, 2002:
I have changed the images that I wanted to. This does not mean that they will stay this way. But for now, they are
what they are. Yet the above image of Terry and the matress will stay until I start to actually devote more than a few hours a night, every couple of
months to this website. :)
I'm irritated at a few things right now---
#1) Not being able to get a hold of my girlfriend on the phone. I've talked to her three times on the phone tongight, but it was only for a minute each time.
I'll call, she'll tell me some shit, then ask me to call her back in a few. Then when I do dial her home or cell phone number, no one answers. What the fuck? Erg.
#2) EBgames.com has not shipped my copy of Metroid Prime yet.
#3) People who are in college and react to things how they would back in high school.
#4) There is not enough time in the day to sleep.
#5) There is not enough time in the day to play video games.
#6) When Xbox Live doesn't work properly right out of the box for Wil. Die M$.
Hmm.. Planet Gamecube and/or Reuters won't even load up. Now I can't
find out what that damn announcement from Japan is for the new device for Gamecube. Oh well.
Time for bed.. Damnit
Sunday, November 17th, 2002:
Well, hot damn. Look at this piece of worthless shit that is wasting webspace. I decided to change
something when I visited Brian DeWitt's page and noticed he linked to my petty site. He also asked, "Are you gonna update
you site?" I would answer with the same trite answer of, "Yeah, someday when I have time." I then mentioned to Amy that Brian noted me on his site, and I showed her.
Then she visited my site, and took a look at all the pictures I had on display. I thought to myself, "I need to delete those worthless pics." So I did. All those
bullshit pictures are gone. A slew of links on the pictures page will not be working purposely. Not like a wide
collection of persons will care about that though. I have at least one idea for this site now. If it's actually done, I'll be sure to let one person know.
By the way.. This Tuesday I will be immersed into the new Mudvayne album and
Metroid Prime, so don't pester me. :) This would explain the inspiration for my desktop background...
Also, the project featuring former members of Rage and Soundgarden
is finally being released. I thought they had broken up in the summer and that was the reason for them dropping off the (shitty) OZZfest 2002.
But Audioslave is apparently appearing on MTV sometime soon. Hmmprh. Go figure.
Hmm.. I need to put together a newer and better sidebar image...
