John Clasen has been a Wichita darter for many years and a friend of the Lounge Lizzards from way back in the beginning. We have been fortunate to have him as a friend and fellow darter. John has organized and done the cooking at all of the five LizardPaloozas. He has done our brats, burgers, dogs and last but far from least the awesome hogs he has smoked three years straight. John has asked for no compensation of any kind for his hours of work at the smoker. He does it for his darting friends out of the kindness of his heart.
