Andalecio Troche(z) was born in Puerto Rico, Sep 07, 1891.
Lauriano moved his family to Hawaii in 1901 to work in the sugar cane fields.

They went by ship to New Orleans.
From New Orleans to Los Angeles by train.
Then by ships to Hawaii (Kauai).
From Kauai they moved to Waialua,Oahu
and then finally to Kahuku.

When Andy started working he added a "z" to the end of his name
and from then on he and his descendants, carried the surname
Trochez
