Online Bookings -

You must register before pre-booking an appointment. please use a valid email address when registering. this is necessary in order to validate the address and use the online-booking feature.

Bookings -

a 48 hours cancellation notice is required on all appointments. (I don't make money standing around waiting for you)

missed appointments will have a $35 up-charge* on their next booking.  

*(for each missed appointment block / charge may vary based on time allotted for missed appointments)

E-mail

Lululocks.com does not release e-mail addresses to outside organizations. Lululocks.com communicates with members, subscribers and online users via e-mail to provide information on key activities, services and products. E-mail enables rapid, inexpensive communication that allows Lululocks.com to directly communicate with it's customers and affiliates.  Members/customers may receive two or three e-mail messages a month on average.

We will never rent, sell, or otherwise provide any personally identifiable information about you or your account to anyone! You may opt-out of receiving future emails or e-mail promotions by sending e-mail to supportatlululocks@cox.net Place "remove" in the subject line, followed by the exact e-mail address you wish to have removed. We will remove this address from our list within a 48 hour period.
