The 9th Smyser / Schmeiser Family Reunion

Introduction

This is the ninth reunion of the Smyser / Schmeiser families since the German and American lines were reunited.  Alternating between York, PA and Dinkelsbühl, Germany many family members have discovered and passed on to their children the lineage of their families.  We hope to continue this tradition with the added project of collecting and publishing the Diversity and Accomplishments of the family over the past centuries.  At the last reunion in Germany in 2000 many of the family members expressed their desire to have the next reunion on the West Coast. This reunion is being planned in response.  We are attempting to appeal to the desire of our family members to preserve their ancestors' contributions to the history of the Smyser / Schmeiser families.   

Exit South bound from I-5 at Palazada and turn right on Palazada to Ave. El Camino Real:  OR Exit North bound from I-5 at Presidio and turn left on Presidio to El Camino Real. Turn right on El Camino Real to Ave. Del Mar then turn right on Del Mar if you are South bound or left if North bound and continue past The City Library to a Stop sign. One streets past Stop sign bear right on Ave. Granada about 1/8 mi. to the Casa.
