TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of $500.00, payable to Hallieco must accompany reservation.  Final payment is due by June 1.

 

Written notice is required for cancellation.  If you cancel before final payment is due, your deposit will be returned less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

There will be no refunds after June 1, 2005.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour prior to departure.  If a tour is canceled, our liability is limited to a refund of your deposit and payments.  We strongly recommend waiting to make flight arrangements until the tour is confirmed. 

 

We act solely as an agent for our guests in arranging services on the condition that we will not be responsible for any damage, loss, delay, injury, illness, breakdown, or accident due to any defect in any vehicle or through acts or defaults of any person or subcontractor engaged in our behalf to convey passengers, or acts or defaults of any company or person providing transportation, meals, lodging, sightseeing or other services.

By tendering a deposit, you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages. 

We may be required to make changes in the services and arrangements specified.  We will make our best efforts to substitute events or services of comparable or superior value.
