Four letter words that shock me - cook, wash, dust, iron....

Anyone who says housewives aren't working women should be 
required, by law, to hire a maid, cook, laundry worker, etc., etc.,etc.

Housework never killed anyone, but why take a chance.

Housewives Prayer
Dear Lord, give me the patience, That I need from day to day.
To keep my kitchen tidy, Help me do these things, I pray.
Dirty dishes off the table, The crumbs swept out the door.
The meals all served with promptness, Whether there be six or more.
The silverware's all polished, Pots and pans are kept from sight.
This is really too much trouble, Lord, We'll eat out again tonight!
