Mancuso Manor is a collection of 43 Townhomes in the 5200 block of North 18th Drive in Phoenix Arizona.  It is administered by the Mancuso Manor HOA and HOA Board of Directors.  This page is to provide info to interested parties and for the use of Home Owners and Residents.

Events & Meetings:

Occasionally Mancuso Manor has scheduled Patio Sales for all the the residents on the block to coordinate multiple yard sale like events simultaneously.  This makes it more advantageous for every one.  Watch this page for such future events.

The Board of Directors of the Mancuso Manor HOA tentatively meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.  If you wish to attend one of these meetings, please contact the HOA Bookkeeper at Secretary@MancusoManor.org
 

Directions:

To get to Mancuso Manor take I-17 north/south to the Camelback Rd exit.  Go east on Camelback Rd till you get to 19th Ave.  Turn left, going north on 19th Ave.  Continue a short distance to the first traffic light which should be Colter.  Turn right, going east on Colter a short distance to the first left.  This should be 18th Drive.  Turn left going north.  You are now in Mancuso Manor.  There is no office.  Please keep your speed at or below 15 MPH and watch for young children.

Used telephone books now may be placed in the city's blue Phoenix Recycles containers. Qwest Dex in conjunction with the city is creating viable
markets for the used directories. For more information, call 602-262-7251. For information on recycling telephone books at work or school, call

Homeowners:

The HOA fee is $125 per month.

As of the February 4th, 2008 meeting the HOA Officers are: Tony Parish, President; Tyrolee Lechuga, V.P.; Jan McGonigle, SecretaryTreasurer.  HOA Board Directors are Nusrath Ali Khan, Ron Baumann, Lynn Madueno, Jack Harding, and Stephanie Newburger. 
Martha Clements is now the paid bookkeeper.

Trash will be picked up on Mondays.   Recycling will be picked up on Thursday mornings.  Containers should be on the curb no later than 5:30am on collection days.
