PERSONAL DETAILS: Due to the 0.3 Terran gravity of the Titan
colony ecosystem, Atragon-9's skeletal-muscular systems are not accustomed to a
gravitational force of 1 G. He wears a poly-alloy exoskeletal support
suit under his Starfleet uniform. It does not affect his movements since it is
only 5 milimeters thick and it is adjustable so that he is able to work
comfortably in all gravities. As an advantageous side effect, the suit also serves
as a personal shield for all projectile weapons and phasers up to, but
not including, the bulkhead cutters.
Atragon-9's upbringing on Titan was due to the recently de-classified Belisarius Project on
enhanced telekenetic (TK) ability. [See below for more information on Project Belisarius.]
His parents, Atragon-8 and Elsa Arcadia-6, were among those Terrans brought to Titan for Belisarius.
Through genetic manipulation and enhancements, he was born with a TK Index (TKI) of 16. His
index rating signifies that, as an example, he is able to lift and sustain a Klingon warrior in full battle
armor five meters off the ground.
NOTE ON PROJECT BELISARIUS - Belisarius was a covert Federation project begun
approximately 40 years ago to nurture and enhance natural telekenetic properties in humans. The
TK Index was formulated to rate the level of an individual's psycho-kenetic capabilities. A TKI of 0
is for normal humans (mundanes) with no such abilities; a TKI of 2 would be the equivalent of someone
such as the 20th century Earth entertainer/telekeneticist Uri Geller; and an example of a TKI of 3 would be
the infamous Hazric Allaman of Altair 4, responsible for the "mystical" massacre of an entire indigenous
race in 2214.
Terrans with an Index of 2 were brought to Titan to begin the experimentation. Through therapy, focus
exercises and chemical enhancement, most participants increased to a TKI of 4 (such as Atragon-9's
parents.) Another focus of the project was to monitor and analyze the offspring of the original participants.
The Belisarius project was halted 20 years ago for a myriad of reasons: lack of funding, no real military
uses (TK is only useful at close range) and the extreme difficulty with TK-enhanced children. Atragon-9
was one of six children born to the group. Two died as a result of improperly controlling their powers,
and two have been institutionalized due to severe emotional problems. Atragon-9 is one of the remaining
two that have gone on to "normal" lives, yet it still took him a long time to adjust to normal adolescence
and maturation. This is one of the reasons he didn't graduate from Starfleet Academy until the age of 34.

Sovak, son of Soval, was born to his father's second wife, T'Louai during Soval's stint as Command Course Training Officer at Space Fleet
Academy. His half brother, Adam Vern, from his father's previous marriage to a human, helped to raise him, until Adam graduated the
Academy. Because of his father's ties with the Academy, and because he was exceptionally bright, Sovak entered and graduated the Academy
by his 18th year. He served aboard the USS Drakendesh, a Transwarp Frigate, as helmsman for several months before being transferred to the
USS Intrepid-C where he had the chance to serve with his half-brother. Their careers followed the same path for several years until Adam was
assigned to the USS Manticore, leaving Sovak as the Executive officer aboard the [Classified]
Though their careers followed the same paths, their philosophies did not. While Adam seemed to reject the Vulcan ways of strict logic and
non-emotion, Sovak embraced them wholeheartedly. His reputation for strict, logical decision making earned him a great deal of respect as a
brilliant tactician and commander, but did little to endear him to his subordinates. While most of the crew members who work with him respect him
as a good leader who makes good, sound decisions, his cold manner does not encourage social interaction, and thus he had always been a bit of
a loner, his half brother the one exception to this rule.
On SD 9815.02 his half brother Adam was killed, in the line of duty, aboard the Manticore. He was in the Captain's chair, in temporary command
at the time, as the Captain had refused his advice and gone on an away mission. The Captain's guilt over the incident was exacerbated when
Sovak was assigned to replace his half brother. Sovak became an integral part of the crew, however, and even began to study human social
customs after he met and married his human mate, Claire Eason, aboard the Manticore.
Sovak is a normal Vulcan with the race's characteristic pointed ears. His long, blond hair is worn in the traditional style of his race, but
nontraditionally, he sports a goatee that seems to add to his harsh appearance. Sovak graduated from the academy at the top of his class,
and began his career on the USS Drakendesh as a helmsman. He continued his command studies and was transferred to The Intrepid C. His
prowess at command, along with his half-brother's influence, allowed him his choice of assignments, in most cases, they served on the same
ships.

Jami Eyr Farrington is the descendent of Jonathan Kirk, second son of George Samuel and Aurelan Kirk and nephew of James T. Kirk. She bears a
remarkable resemblance to James T. Kirk, but shies away from openly discussing her family tree. She is slight of build, but when backed into a
corner is quite capable of defending herself.
Jami's parents were studying a recently-discovered paleontological site atop a glacier in a remote area of Norway when she was born. Two years
later the Drs Farrington returned to their posts at the University of Oslo and enrolled Jami in the European Alliance Embassy Academy, an
elementary and secondary school closely resembling Starfleet Academy in structure and academics. She graduated cum laude, distinguishing
herself in sciences and winter sports, especially orienteering and Alpine skiing. Other interests included mountaineering, white-water canoeing,
and wilderness survival.
Upon graduation, Jami entered the University of Oslo, graduating magna cum laude in exobiology and zoology, with minors in sociology and
anthropology. She continued her sporting career, representing Norway in European Alliance and Olympic Games, earning a silver medal in
giant slalom Alpine skiing.
Despite her family's protests, Jami entered Starfleet Academy. She was intrigued by family history and wanted to follow in the footsteps of her
ancestor, James T. Kirk. Though she struggled with many technological courses at the academy and showed little mechanical facility, she
displayed an uncanny ability to reason around difficult situations, viewing problems from a totally different perspective, and finding solutions
that occasionally astonished her instructors. Upon graduation she posted aboard USS Ranger.
After several years Jami secured a research grant to study the affects of deep space exploration on different species and requested posting on the
USS Havana because of its deep-space exploratory missions.
On Stardate 9804.14 she transferred to USS Manticore as Second Officer.
Psychological Profile
Subject shows normal stability and no unusual psychoses. She is extremely proud of her heritage, though is not likely to admit it in ordinary
conversation. She tends to be impulsive, but does not recognize that trait in herself. She is also quite naive, though she has had many unusual
experiences, having accompanied her father on numerous archaeological expeditions throughout Terra and the Sol System. Bonds between her
father and herself are very strong, and she often refers to his teaching to defend personal precepts.

to continue her medical research aboard the Manticore, because what she has produced so far is revolutionizing the way we deal with several species.
I must admit I am a bit jealous that she has chosen Manticore over the Academy post she was offered, but I can't say that I blame her. The Academy, after all,
is quite drab compared to a posting in deep space. I have no doubt she will serve you well.

Psychological Profile
Colonel Eason is very independent, but still functions well in a team environment. She is a good problem solver,
and generally very clear-headed in emergency and non-emergency situations. She is very precise and formal. It
sometimes seems that she hides behind that formality. She is capable of making friends and did indeed have a
few close friends while at the Academy and while in the Advanced Degree Program, but she does appear to be
somewhat of a loner, often preferring to read or to take long walks by herself. When questioned about this, she
states that the walks help her to focus and think things through.

Biographical Information
Colonel Eason was born on the planet Pacifica, in Terran colony Lemuria. The surface of Pacifica is almost
completely water covered. Pacifica's Cities are all underwater. They exist as an interconnecting network of domes
and tunnels surrounded by a perimeter of bright lights that help the cities have a sunlit environment even on the
ocean floor. Undersea craft are used for interplanetary travel. Her mother is an agricultural specialist working in the
Farm Domes of the Ministry Nutrition. Her father is a marine biologist with the Ministry of Oceanography. It was,
however, her best friend's mother's career as a mechanical engineer with the Ministry of Engineering, the department
responsible for upkeep of the domes, that started Claire's interest in engineering. Through School Studies, and lost of
reading which her parents encouraged, plus trips to Pacifica's orbiting Space Station, Claire became interested in a
Starfleet Career.
Upon acceptance to Starfleet Academy, she was chosen as a candidate for the Advanced Degree Program. At the
beginning of her fourth year, she was accepted into the program's work/study section. So after graduating from the
Academy, Lt. Eason was assigned back to the Academy as an Advanced Degree Student., Work Study Division.
he completed the Work portion at the Rapier Dynamics Group, Special Projects Division in the city of New Aberdeen
on Aldabaran III. The results of aptitude tests and other selection criteria at the academy and throughout her first tour
of duty on the USS Abe Lincoln made her a prime candidate for the SF Intelligence Corps who were looking for Engineers
with Black Ops Know-how for their ranks. It has turned out to be a good choice for all parties. Her youthful appearance
makes her very suited for assignments that call for placement of experienced Intel personnel in positions normally held by
those of lower rank and age.
Col. Eason's interests include hiking and camping, reading, and oceanography. She developed an avid interest in rock
climbing while at the Academy. She also collects holos and models of different Starships from all eras. As can be expected,
she is a very accomplished swimmer and diver.
