ELCA	Martin Luther School opened its doors in 1972 and has a rich history of educating and serving children and their families. While the faces and names have changed throughout the years, the heart of the school remains the same. The body of MLS is loving teachers and staff, strong academics, a caring environment and a dedication to serving each family. The pulse that gives life to MLS is the love of Jesus Christ. Registration for 2010-2011 See the office if you need more forms or information. Anyone needing tuition assistance for next school year should submit their form to ACSTO before June 30^th. See the office for forms.

Summer Fun Summer Program for Kindergarten through 6^th graders is available at American Lutheran Church from June 1 – Aug. 20. Fun activities, field trips and academics are planned. Registration packets are available in MLS or American Lutheran Daycare office. Valley Lutheran High School – Sports Camps are offered for girls & boys entering 4^th – 9^th grades. Brochures are available in MLS office.	School Picnic On Tuesday WE NEED YOU! What a great day next Tuesday, May 25^th will be. We are offering a full morning of fun activities for students. Plus, all children have a scheduled time on the WATER SLIDE! Then we will all enjoy a picnic lunch. Please remember that this is an event for MLS students. 1. If you can help, please call the office. 2. The Water Slide Permission Form must be signed in order for your child to participate. Send towel and change of clothes. 3. Please send items for the Cake Walk!
Have All Your Fees Been Paid? Please remit all fees by May 27. This includes Tuition, Hot Lunch, Classroom Book Fines and Library Book Fines. School policy is to withhold diplomas and report cards until fees are brought to a zero balance. Please plan ahead. There will be no after care offered on the last day of school, May 28^th. All students must be picked up at NOON.
8^th Grade Graduation The 8^th grade graduation service is at American Lutheran Church on Thursday, May 27^th at 7:00 p.m. We want to wish our 8^th graders God’s blessings as they leave our school and begin a new chapter in their lives. Congratulations to this year’s 8^th grade graduates: Jonathan, Jennifer, Matthew, Alexis, Joshep, and Tierra
Kindergarten Celebration Next Wednesday, May 26^th, the Kindergarten class will enjoy a celebration with family and friends here at school. A short program will take place at 2 p.m. in the church. The 2009-2010 Kindergartners are Francisco, Zach, Juan, Christian, and Malachi.
