GENERAL INFORMATION

Include product number and quantity.
Provide telephone number with area code.
Wholesale orders include copy of resale certificate.
Type or print clearly.
No exchanges, returns, or refunds without authorization. All claims
must be made within 15 days of receipt.
All returns must be in original condition and in original packing. A
copy of the invoice must be inclosed.
ORDERS must be faxed, emailed, or sent US mail. If an
order is called in,
a written confirmation must be sent before the order will be shipped.
PAYMENT
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, C.O.D., or Prepaid. When using a
credit card, include the complete number,
expiration date, and the name on the card. Allow two weeks for personal
checks to clear.
There is a $25.00 charge for NSF checks.
