I finally had time to upload some pics. First, I will update you on the ongoing saga of the banana. I haven't posted any pics since the initial one because, quite frankly, the banana looked about the same, if not worse. But Connor (aka the Banana Man) had the solution. The banana needed a friend. So, for my birthday, Connor gave me a second plant:

I see an abundance of banana nut bread in my future.
Meanwhile, work continues on the yard. More pics to follow on that. Meanwhile, my dad got me obsessed with figuring out the panorama function on our digital camera (you take a series of pics and it stiches them together into a panoramic pic). After about a million tries, I finally figured it out. Here is one of my first attempts:
